Project 1(c)

 BATTERIES!
This is probably my favorite idea so far. Good solid objects that can be made into multiple molds quickly.

I also have the option of using different kinds of batteries for diversity and irregularities amongst regularities.

I think it would be fun to hide a real battery in the pile of cast batteries, and then run wires from all of the fake batteries to a light bulb, connecting them all and lighting the light bulb; real battery being un-known of course.

PART 2

So i have reached a few conclusions over the last couple of weeks as far as my plans for this project.
First of all as you can see through the process of rubber mold making i have made a lot of plaster batteries and... what is that? Ipods!. i thought it would be fun to play with the relationship between this sources of energy and our reliance/dependence on it for this entertainment that we have been conditioned to love so much!
I have been encouraged to look at these batteries and ipods as objects rather than batteries and ipods and so you can see i have been playing around with organizational patterns trying to find something that clicked. below (image with my hand) you can see me playing with the idea of connecting all of my 'objects' with wires in an attempt to echo even more so the concept of dependence.
